Lachlan Central West Landcare as a group no longer exists and has been split into to two groups.

The Central West area has set up a new group known as Central West Landcare Inc. their new website is now open but is still being changed to fit the new group. www.cwl.org.au.

Landcare is an unique Australian network of individuals, working in groups, who care for soil, water, plants and wildlife affected by degradation. Landcarers are everyday Australians who love and care enough to help out. Landcare activity helps restore and conserve valuable natural resources, used by farmers, and by all of us.

The Landcare movement in the Lachlan and Central West Catchments is made up of a strong, committed, vibrant group of individuals from urban and rural backgrounds, working to make a difference with natural resource issues in their local communities.
