Lachlan Central West Landcare aims to meet four to five times a year. General Meetings usually occurs at three to four monthly intervals. However the committee may, whenever it sees the need convene a special general meeting. The Annual General Meeting is held within six months from the end of the financial year.

Information on the date, location and agenda are sent out to members two to three weeks prior to General Meetings and are available by contacting LCWL or off this website.

Minutes from meetings are distributed to members one to two weeks after the meeting date. Copies of Minutes can be requested by contacting LCWL, or off this website. Available on this website are the Minutes from the last four meetings held. If you would like Minutes further back than this period please contact LCWL.

Membership is open to all individuals and organisations that accept the objectives and rules of LCWL. Individuals and organisations wishing to become members of LCWL can apply to the committee for membership.
